Charlton Hall | Wedding Venue Photography

Location: Northumberland, England
Designer: Jeffreys Interiors
Project type: Luxury Hospitality & Events Venue
Features: The Times’ Top 100 Best Places to Stay in the UK

This hospitality photography project documents Charlton Hall, a historic stately home set within a private 150-acre estate, capturing its transformation into a highly eclectic luxury events venue. The photography highlights the striking contrast between the property’s traditional stone facade and its wildly maximalist interiors, designed by Jeffreys Interiors. Visual emphasis is placed on the bold, immersive spaces, from a vibrant bar adorned with disco balls and neon lighting to luxurious suites featuring rich botanical wallpapers, green marble accents, and freestanding baths. Particular attention was given to framing bespoke, theatrical details, including a playful taxidermy giraffe, that give the venue its uniquely rebellious personality. From crisp daylight architectural captures to atmospheric twilight shots of the outdoor tipis, the imagery perfectly reflects the estate’s magical, high-end aesthetic.
