Filmed at the intersection of Edinburgh’s UNESCO heritage and bold modernism, this cinematic teaser explores a townhouse defined by exceptional architectural specifications. By introducing delicate cinematic animation to static imagery, the production coaxes living movement from the subterranean mood lighting, casting a subtle glow across the polished concrete floors of the expansive, open-plan living space.
A key focal point of the presentation is the innovative “automotive gallery.” Utilising a bespoke wooden slatted wall, the film captures how a classic Porsche is transformed from a vehicle into a curated piece of art, visible from the interior hallway. Through rhythmic pacing and wide-format framing, the production highlights the tactile contrast of polished concrete against warm walnut joinery, documenting a home where smart technology and craftsmanship exist in perfect, effortless harmony.
